For dealerships
Explore a model in which CarStewards is the actual buyer, owner and seller where agreed and documented. This may reduce your need for stock capital and free up time for vehicle assessment, customer contact and sales. Responsibilities and risks are explicitly allocated; the model is not risk-free.
Suggest cars, take part in assessments, use and care for the car within the agreement, and work with CarStewards on a later sale and your next car.
You do not need to know everything before you start. We help you understand the assessments and take the next step.
It may be right to pass on a purchase or keep the car longer. The aim is sound decisions, not the highest number of transactions.
How it works
The same partnership covers several vehicle processes. In the app you can see proposals, assessments, agreements, purchase, use and follow-up, sale preparation, sale and settlement.
In time, you may be offered courses and further training when appropriate for you and the collaboration.
This is a future possibility. We do not currently offer courses or certification.
Agreement and responsibilities
Under the preferred model, CarStewards is the actual buyer, owner and seller. The participant has an expressly agreed right of use and role. The selected model and actual parties must be documented for each vehicle process.
The agreement must cover use rights, duration, mileage, capital, costs, maintenance, insurance, damage, deductibles, depreciation, losses, sale, settlement and return.
Any financial benefit follows the specific agreement. There is no guaranteed return or fixed share. Repayment of capital is not profit.
Tax, business status and liability require an individual assessment. The final buyer's rights must be protected.
We currently accept expressions of interest and manage cases. Binding purchases, capital payments, handover and final settlement are not available in the service.
