Practical tasks · Open for expressions of interest

Contribute what you can. Learn the rest along the way.

Help with practical tasks around the cars. Some require experience or approvals, while others suit newcomers who receive training.

The customer portal is available now. The task workspace is being tested in TestFlight before a later public iPhone update.

Express interest in practical tasks

You do not need your own car, an investment, paid membership or a course purchase to express interest. Practical tasks are independent of Bilpartner.

Request help or offer your skills

Individuals and businesses can request practical help. CarStewards clarifies requirements and publishes suitable assignments. Qualified providers can submit a proposal, availability and, where applicable, a supplier price. CarStewards selects the provider after clarification; the lowest price does not win automatically.

1. Tell us what suits you

Tell us your interests, area, availability and what you want to learn. Describing experience and qualifications is optional.

2. Clarify and confirm

We clarify the working relationship, agreement and requirements. You see the task, location, time, agreed payment and contact before confirming.

3. Complete with support

Follow the instructions, record working time and view the payment basis. You can request help or stop the task.

Know what has been agreed

Working relationship and agreement

The programme name does not determine whether you are an employee or independent supplier. The actual relationship, named business, agreement and responsibilities must be documented before work starts.

For employees, the employment agreement, agreed hours and work schedule apply across tasks. Interest in one task does not create a new independent service contract.

External work direction and any labour hire must be clarified separately. The app does not automatically arrange labour hire for partners.

Training and safe execution

You only get access to tasks you are qualified and authorised for. Other categories are shown as learning opportunities. A training video does not replace required qualifications or approval.

The task includes a risk assessment, equipment and necessary guidance. Need help and Stop the task retain recorded work. There are no speed rankings or point penalties pushing you to continue.

Courses may be offered later. No courses are currently available.

Payment and payment basis

Wages, supplier fees and expense reimbursements are separate from Bilpartner settlements. Wages do not depend on a later car sale, and the employer's car trading losses are not deducted from work payments.

Agreed payment, recorded basis, processing and documented payment are shown separately. An approved basis does not mean money has been paid.

Actual work, breaks and relevant training time are retained even if interrupted or disputed. Missing photos or customer ratings must not withhold earned wages.
